    Hello Thomas,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

I did check both the forms you have in your account and did not find any issue with that. Do you mean to say that you are not able to see the submission records you have received in your form?

Since you have submission data stored in Europe Datacenter, you will have to use our EU domain to sign in to your Jptform account. Please click on the following URL to sign in to your JotForm account and you should be able to see your form's submission data:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you meant to ask something else.

    Thank you!

in thje moment I have sent and filled the form including two pictures. After clicking "submit", there is coming the correct information: Thank you, your submission has been received".So far so good.

I wanted to see the content of the form in my e-mail accvount: But there is nothing to see. But if I logged in JOTform, i can see ("entry") the filled form with pictures.

Is it possibe to see the answer in my e-mail account directly, without to open JOTFORM HOmepage?

    thanks very much

Are you referring to this form - Do you mean you also want to display the image uploaded from your form in your notification email? If so, you can display the uploaded image in your notification email by adding this code: {IMG:nameofuploadfield}. For your form, you can try to add this code: {IMG:dateiHochladen} in your notification email to display the uploaded image.

Here is a sample on how it will looks like in your email:

    Hi Christian,

I think here is my problem. Since 6 months I try to solve it(with the help of specialists).

That- I think is a problem with my webserver (that is Host Europe and t-online). I cannot receive my own forms, or other forms. I can receive forms with other webserver like yours.

With Jotform I can see the answer only by logging in  your website, my e-mail ( or thomas.rautenstrauch@t-online) function rests blank, no reaction.

Perhaps you can help me (74 years old, medical doctor, greenhorn). I would say, this problem must solved with teamviewer. E-mail-account: thunderbird and

    thanks and sorry for troubles

Unfortunately, we do not provide teamviewer and phone support.

I have checked your form and confirm that email alerts are configured properly. You should receive an email at each time the form is being submitted. I would like to suggest contacting your hosting provider to see if the messages are filtered/blocked at some level.

This is also possible to receive submissions push notifications with Android, iOS and Google Chrome Apps.

    Thank you.
