Currently, we accept daily estimates through a form on our website. We are overlooking them because they are creating really long chains of emails as each form attaches to the next when it is received.
Is there a way to have the form show from each person that sends it in as a separate email?

I'm sorry that I'm not fully able to understand what you mean by 'creating really long chains of emails'. But following the thought on sending a separate email, you can actually create multiple email alerts if you wish.
By clicking Email on your upper tool bar, it provides you the information of the available email alerts that you have
To create an email alert, simply click the Create New Email button
After which, you will have the option to create either an Autoresponder Email (emails that send to form users), or Notification Email (emails send to form owners)
After choosing Notification Email, go to the recipients tab and add the email address that you wish to add
Once done with the settings, click the Save button
