Why did my forms suddenly disappear from my website over the weekend? My website has 2 jotforms embedded. One is behind a password and the other is publicly viewable. Scroll to the bottom and you should see it (you only see a partial box that it should be inside of.

    The form is here:

That happens because our phishing detector system autosuspended your account, your form is not meant for phishing purposes, however, since it contains a password field, the system flagged it as a phishing form.

I have reactivated your account, please change that fields label to something like "Secret Word" or "Key", otherwise, the phishing system may suspended your form again.

Let us know if you need more help.

Thanks. This form that you referenced has not been used in several years. I opened it today to look at it and de-activated it. I'm guessing your anti-phishing algorithm picked up on it becasue it was re-saved when I was looking at it.

As a suggestion, as a matter of providing a good customer experience, you should email the account admin (me) when Jotform takes an action like auto-suspension of our account. I have spent a couple hours trying to figure out why the forms stopped working on our website. We have been trying to figure out if it was a wordpress issue or jotform. If we had been in a high use environment relying on these forms, that would have been very bad.

You are welcome. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Just to let you know, most of the time, we notify paid customers when the account has been encountered as possible phishing account, even though our terms states(Termination segment) that we can suspend access to any JotForm account without notice: http://www.jotform.com/terms/

Feel free to open a new thread if you need anything else, we will be glad to assist you.
