Submission storage: Why does mean the number shown?Asked by drunkenmonkey on May 30, 2016 at 04:36 PM
It's telling me I have 1,226 submissions stored?
I cannot see 1,226 submissions in my account??..
What's going on please?...
I have re-calculated the total submissions and it is showing 1,205. This number seems to be correct since I have counted the number of submissions you currently have in your forms and I got this number, here is the list of the form's IDs with their submissions:
60963034436354 - 5
40554669972973 - 1048
33626498894877 - 4
3002643526 - 90
31634052938354 - 58
So it gives a total amount of submissions of 1,205. The max number of submissions a free account can storage is 500, so this is why you've received this notification, you need to download all your data, we have a nice feature that will allow you to download all your data at the same time, take a look to this link to get further information about it: How-to-export-all-of-your-data-at-once
There is a plan as well that will allow you to store unlimited submissions, if you do not want your submissions deleted then you may upgrade to that plan:
Hope this helps.
