Submission storage: Why does mean the number shown?

    It's telling me I have 1,226 submissions stored?

    I cannot see 1,226 submissions in my account??..

     

    What's going on please?...

    I have re-calculated the total submissions and it is showing 1,205. This number seems to be correct since I have counted the number of submissions you currently have in your forms and I got this number, here is the list of the form's IDs with their submissions: 

    60963034436354 - 5

    40554669972973 - 1048

    33626498894877 - 4

    3002643526 - 90

    31634052938354 - 58

    So it gives a total amount of submissions of 1,205. The max number of submissions a free account can storage is 500, so this is why you've received this notification, you need to download all your data, we have a nice feature that will allow you to download all your data at the same time, take a look to this link to get further information about it: How-to-export-all-of-your-data-at-once

    There is a plan as well that will allow you to store unlimited submissions, if you do not want your submissions deleted then you may upgrade to that plan:
