For the last week we haven't been receiving submissions from our form to our email address - nothing has been changed, we just stopped getting the responses (though new responses are visible on jotform). Any idea on why this is and how we can fix it?

I checked your email in our logs and I can see that you had submissions today:
Could you please check your Spam/Junk folder, since it could happen that your emails went there.
Do get back to us if the issue still persists so we can investigate further.
