Apologies for the inconvenience. May I know what embed method you used? Did you used the [embed][/embed] code? Or did you use any of our plugins?

I was able to replicate the problem when I tested your form:

Wordpress Embed: Unable to submit form, says oEmbed Screenshot 20

Could you please try re-embedding the form using the iFrame embed code instead? Here's how you can get the iFrame embed code of your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

Make sure to remove the old embed code before you add this new one.

I have forwarded this to our developers to have it further check and fix. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Hey adrian_u2,

Our developers issued a fix for this bug.

Forms that are embedded through Wordpress oEmbed Plugin should be submitting without any problems now.

If you are still experiencing problems on submit, please embed your form again using the plugin.

If you have any other questions about this process, we will be waiting to hear from you,

    Cheers.
