How to remove address labels from email autoresponder?

In the autoresponder and notification emails, how do I remove the address labels (Street Address, City, State/Province, Postal/Zip, etc). Other fields don't insert these field labels, but for some reason Jotform has coded them into the placeholders? See screen shot below.

I would like it to look more simple like this:

John Doe

1234 East Whatever Street

Anytown, USA  85001

Yes, by default, the address will be displayed like that in the email alerts. You can strip the labels in the address field in your email alerts by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/92-How-to-Strip-Headers-from-Postal-Addresses-in-Email-Alerts
