Hi there,
I received an email telling me that I have reached capacity storage of my jot forms.
Please can you tell mw how to delete historic forms to free up space?
Thanks,
Beccy

First, you might want to download your data for backup purposes. You can export your data by navigating to Account->Data->Export Data.
To delete your submissions and free up your submission storage, you need to navigate to your submissions page.
In your submissions page, you can delete the submission on view manually by clicking the "Delete" button.
If you scroll below, you'll see that there's a grid list or table showing the list of submissions on that form. You can delete them one by one by clicking the "x" button on the table. Or you can simply delete them all by clicking the button "Delete All Submissions".
If you want to filter the list of submissions you want to delete and display, then you do that by changing the "Time Frame" in the settings:
Let's say you want to delete submissions that were last month, then select "Last Month" under the "Time Frame" settings. It should display the submissions received last month, from there, you can click the "Delete Submissions in Time Range" button just above the grid list:
Please note that deleting submission data is irreversible, it will permanently be removed in our servers once you deleted them. It would be best to download a copy of your submissions for future references.
Let us know if you need more help on this.
