How do I get forum responses to my email?

Hello,

I have been using this forum building service for around a year and never had an issue until now. Whenever anyone submits a forum from my website that I created using jotform's tools, I'm no longer getting them sent/ forward to my email. They are being saved, but not forwarded. I looked at all my settings as I have not changed anything. Everything seems to check out. I have also tried to sent out a test email and nothing is being sent out. (See Screenshot). Can you please help?

Your email address appears to have been added to the bounce list, which is why you are not receiving any email notifications. I have now removed your email address from the bounce list, so you should receive the next notifications successfully.
