Hi support team,
The wording of the prompt when looking to downgrade my account makes it sound like I will no longer be able to use the rest of my current jotform subscription that I purchased. Is this true or will the subscription continue until the end date? The reason I want to downgrade is so I do not forget about the subscription and get charged down the road in case I am no longer a user (which I hope is not the case).

I see that your account is currently holding Bronze Yearly subscription and is subscribed today. If you cancel the current subscription, the account will be scheduled to downgrade to Free at the end of the current subscription period i.e., 31 May 2017. The account will be holding Bronze subscription till the end of subscription period.
