    Cannot use the Form Designer.

    Hi, 

    I am now creating a new form " EDFLOW Primary Summer Courses | Registration Form" for registration. After i created the content of the form, i go to "design" section and want to decorate my form. But after i decorated and get the link to preview, nothing changed. Then i go to "design" section again. It shows "you are not authorized to edit this form". Can you please help me check? I have used "design" section before in other form and work normally. Thanks.

    I was able to encounter the issue as well when I test editing the form https://form.jotform.com/61471485938972  in the Form Designer using your account.

    But when I test it on my account using a cloned form, the Form Designer work just fine.

     

    I think the issue had to do with your account/username guest_51278894607064  which is still in a Guest account only format.

    I recommend we change your username to a proper and valid username.

    Let us know which username you want to change your account to.

    We will wait for your response.

    Changing your username will not affect any data from your forms. However, if you have set up Custom URLs on your forms it will be changed automatically to reflect the new username. You would need to update any form links (URL) you have given to your users as those links you may have provided will have the old username instead of the new one.

    If you have not set up Custom URLs, then you won't need to do anything after your username is changed. Regards.
