We are looking to use the Bronze for a week. What does it mean when you say 10,000 Monthly Submissions SSL Secure Submissions Receive Payments. Will it be a form only to receive payments or people can submit files too? By files we mean image files.

Thank you for your question, Milan.
To answer your concerns:
The meaning of 10,000 monthly submissions, SSL secure submissions, and payment submissions
The 10,000 monthly submissions refer to the number of submissions the user can accept for the whole month, regardless to the number of forms used. So as long as a form in the account receives a submission, it will be counted as 1, from the 10,000 that is allotted. The counts you receive refresh every month. So even if you have received 9,000 submissions today, it will restart to zero starting the next month. It also does not matter whether the submission you have received has a file uploaded with it (note: there's a different counter for file uploads)
In SSL secure submissions, this is the allowed usage of link to the forms with using the https:// protocol. http and https are two different protocols, and those that are using https are encrypted for the purpose of privacy.
JotForm has the capacity to receive payments if you have forms that are selling products or subscriptions by means of payment gateways available in the form builder such as Paypal, Authorize.net, Stripe, Worldpay, etc.
Now, in accumulation of the 10,000 submissions capacity available in the account, you can do receive submissions in any of these methods. So it's regardless to whether you have received a regular submission, an SSL submission, or payment submission. The submission shall be deducted from that 10,000 available.
Regarding File submissions
Bronze is allowed to use 10 Gigabytes of storage space for file submissions. This counter does not restart every month unlike the submission counts. The storage space or uploads counter will stay as long as you do not delete the submission in your form. You may also set to receive file submissions of any file types and/or set limits on the size of the file to be uploaded to be uploaded.
Here is a sample screenshot of the options available on the file upload field once you add the field in your form.
Note: you can mix the purpose of your form such as having a file upload field and receive a payment as well.
Hope this clears out some concerns.
