Unable to login, need to recover account infromation

    Can't receive an e-mail with forgetting password. Can you help me?

    I checked our database using your email address and I found 2 guest accounts: 
    guest_61512781153047 - No Form
    guest_60462859303053 - 2 Forms

    It is possible that you didn't sign up for a JotForm account or registered account which is why the password reset tool is not working. I would recommend you signing up for a JotForm account so that you can manage your forms and account settings properly.

    If you have a JotForm account, can you please share the URL of the form or the URL of the webpage where the forms are embedded.

    Hello Marco,

    Yes, you can modify or add forms, but with respect to the form you have provided, the said form is under a guest account. If in case you lost the access to modify the forms, you should create or sign up for a personal account using the email address you have used for your forms. In this case, you have used the email b******@le****.nl
