All my forms are disabled

I have been trying to create a simple form to enable my customers to access a private area on my website.  The form should contain just the customer's email address and their telephone number.  When attempting to view various versions of the form, I was shown a message that the form was disabled.

I tried to clone an existing form which was working ok but that is disabled too.

Now I find that ALL my forms are disabled and also cannot be used from my websites.  What is going on?

Your forms was automatically disabled by our phishing detector actually. Sometimes forms with no labels/fields will be considered as phishing( like those with Credit Card field), and cause all forms in the form's owner account to be disabled. Which is probably the case with the form - Register for a free trial in your account.

I have enabled your forms but consider removing this form with no fields/labels.
