    Why my account was disabled?

    I upgraded from Starter to storage and it says that it is suspended after the credit card payment went through. How can this be fixed?

    You upgraded to the Storage plan, which allows you to have stored more than 500 submissions, but this does not affect the upload space, which is still 100Mb. You are currently using 1GB:

    Storage plan also does not affect the monthly limit of submissions that you can receive monthly, which continues to be 100:

    In order to clarify this, let's say that someone does not receive many submissions per month, like 50/month, but in total has 800 submissions saved on his account. If he would like to have them stored/saved in the account then the Storage plan is the solution. Storage plan is only related to the number of submissions stored, but not with the size of the uploaded files stored. If you need more upload space it is necessary to upgrade to one of the other plans.

    Please free some space from your account to avoid the disabling of the account.
