My company has 2 jotform accounts and we can't tell which one gets charged monthly. Can you let me know?

The account JamieHill25 is on the free plan. You can verify if an account is being charged from the Billing section in that account ( Or by checking the invoice - How-to-check-invoices).
You can also provide us with both account name and will verify which one is charged monthly.
