I created an online tracking form for our CASA program for our volunteers' convenience to report monthly. Currently, we received duplicate emails - one from the volunteer when completed and submitted and one from JotForm. How can we eliminate the duplicate emails?

Hello drichardson,
I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your form and found that you have 2 email alert and that is the reason why you receive two submission emails every time your form is submitted. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to delete one of the email alert and that will stop sending duplicate submission emails to you. The following guide should help you how to delete notification email alerts: https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder
