Shipping(user fee) not going over to paypal

    I have this form https://form.jotform.com/61276261471959.  I have a product for a registration. One child is $5 and the shipping (user fee is $1) Two Children is $10 and the Shipping (user fee) is $2 and so on.  The Shipping fee is not going over to Paypal when we hit submit.

    I made a test submissions from your form, the shipping is not passed indeed to PayPal but when I test it with a clone, both the item price and shipping are calculated and passed to PayPal.

    Can you try removing the payment field and add it again. When you remove it, there is a pop-up asking you 'if you want to save the product for another payment', choose yes, so you don't have to re-create the items when adding the payment field back.

    I have tried removing the payment option and putting it back in with no luck getting Paypal to have the shipping(user fee).  Any other ideas?
