I published a form with IFrame but it is not accessibleAsked by Reza Emami on May 31, 2016 at 03:01 PMHello,
I hope you'd be able to help me with this urgent matter regarding
posting a form online today:
I created and published a new form. I copied and pasted its "iframe"
template into a default.html file on our web server. The problem is that
when trying to reach the form through our url:
"www.aerospace.utoronto.ca/ta" the form is not accessible. But, the form
is available directly from the jotform site:
"https://form.jotform.com/61476176748973" What could the problem be?
I have verified from your website and the form is actually up and working.
If you need help with anything else, we will be here to assist you.
Thanks. But, please check again in Microsoft Edge browser. typing
"www.aerospace.utoronto.ca/ta" does not work (i.e., it does reach
default.html, but cannot access the form.) However, it works if you
explicitly type in "www.aerospace.utoronto.ca/ta/default.html"
I tested on Edge 13 and it also works.
Not sure what might cause this on your machine but I don't think it is related to the form itself. Maybe the browser having problem interpreting the custom URL.
