My forms are not found and disabled

I created two forms that worked initially, but now are disabled and not found. I looked at settings and I clearly have them enabled.

I took a look at your account and I see that you had imported a form at one point which contained password field on the same. As the same field was not removed after import, your account was suspended.Since the same is removed, I have reactivated your account for you and you should no longer see any issues.Do however make sure to read JotForm terms of use to make sure you avoid the same in future: http://www.jotform.com/terms/
