How split a form into several pages?

Asked by szelada on May 31, 2016 at 03:57 PM

One of my forms has only 1 page and it is very large: I need to split it. When somebady answer 5 o 6 question (header), I need to add a condition to go to a 2nd part, or stop there and say "good bye!".

How can I add a new page to my actual form?

in use a My Forms and OR stop

It is possible to create multi page forms. Inside of this guide you can find how to do it:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/119-How-to-Create-Multi-Page-Forms

When you add page breaks to your form, than you can use conditional logic to skip pages. To see how this can be done, please check this guide:

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
