Hi! The forms submissions are not being received by the email@example.com and a couple of other emails as well. It stopped all of a sudden this weekend. Would you mind letting me know if the emails are correctly put into the forms or is there something i can do to see why it's not working? I have tested it with my own email and it works, but the others don't seem to be. I have also contact our email provider and there shouldn't be a problem with them as firstname.lastname@example.org has been added to our contact list.

That email address was in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
I checked your form: http://www.jotform.us/form/43366737265160, and the notifications is correctly setup, you can check if the other recipients are in bounce list.
In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names withing all the email recipients, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "email@example.com" sender:
