I checked the account connected to your email address and I found the account named studio105recording. This account was autosuspended by our phishing detector due to violation of Jotform's terms. Please note that collecting login credentials (username and password) is strictly not allowed in jotform. Here's an excerpt from our terms:
Collecting Sensitive Information. You may not use the JotForm to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to credit card information and any type of login credentials.
If you want to remove the suspension on your account, please delete the forms that are collecting login credentials.
Let us know on this thread once you have done so, and after checking the account, we will promptly remove the suspension.

I don't have a clue as to what you're talking about I have never collected email addresses or fishing or whatever it is you're talking about, I don't like being accused of something I have not done and it was not good practice for you to delete my account without letting me know.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have a phishing detector that checks all the forms created in jotform. If a form is found to collect user's password or other sensitive information, then our detector may autosuspend that account.
One of your forms titled "[Imported Form] Ford Models" was found to have a password field in them. That is why your account was autosuspended. I would like to inform you that your account has not been deleted.
It is necessary for the fields that are asking for a user's password to be deleted, otherwise, if we reactivate your account without removing it, the phishing detector will detect it again and your account will be autosuspended again.
For your convenience, I have removed the password field found in your [Imported Form] Ford Models so we can now reactivate your account. You should be able to view your forms now without any issues. In the future, please avoid adding password fields to your forms to avoid being autosuspended by our phishing detector.

By looking at the form title, you have imported a form from a webpage and the import tool imported the login form instead of the actual form. Anyways, it's all set now. Let us know if you need anything else.
