Your account has been set to "Overlimit" because you have already reached the 10 payment submission limit for this month. Please note that "Free" plans are only allowed to receive 10 payment submissions. Our system actually sends emails to your account email address enquiries@cglbeef.com about this. Please check your spam/junk/trash folder, the system generated emails might have been moved there. Please also check the limit of "Free" plans in our pricing page.

Once you reached any of your account limits, all of your forms will temporarily be disabled. You need to upgrade to a higher subscription plan if you wish to continue using your forms. Or if you do not wish to upgrade, you can wait for the monthly limit to reset or refresh, which happens every 1st day of the month (EST).

I also can't find other threads you have opened with the same concern. You can check the list of threads or questions you have opened here in the forum by clicking the "My Questions" button in the Forum page.

    Hi,

RE: the Threads and questions. I cannot see it under "My Questions"

RE: the limit can you please explain further what do you mean by 10 payment submissions per month? does it mean that I can only use the forms from orders 10 times per month?

If you have a guidelines too that would help. also can I verify about my other concern regarding my credits and payment that have been mixed up?

    Cheers!

Since your current account/username cglbeef  is under the Starter/FREE plan, the submission limit for payment submissions is up to max 10 only every month.

You can see the details in the pricing page https://www.jotform.com/pricing

The allowed total submission is 100 (10 only for payment submissions).

Example if you have 10 payment submissions already, then you can only receive 90 regular or non payment submissions.

Since the counter also reset every 1st  day of the month, if you login to your account now you should see that its no longer in Overlimit status due to exceeded limit. The limits were again reset to zeroes (0). You now have up to 10 payments submissios allocation for the month again.

Let us know if still not clear.

    Thanks.
