Why is our account still on the free plan?

    We have paid via paypal for the bronze plan ($19) per month. Please let me know why it's showing we are in the free plan. Thanks

    I checked your account and I can confirm that you have subscribed to Bronze monthly last May 31, however, the account is still shown as Free. I have now fixed this issue so it should now show your account on the Bronze plan. If you need further assistance, please let us know. Regards.
