i created a form from a template and renamed the form. it indicates the correct name on the site and the form. but the problem is when a person submits the form it send the email to my address with the name of the template on the email form.
how can i rectify this. i tried to rename the document, does not change. i checked the history it indicates the change of title. it is still the same.
could you help.
i do not want to clone if it will not resolve the issue.

Hello Benvanvuuren,
Please select your form and click 'Emails' from the toolbar. Then click 'edit' for the 'Notification1'.
You will see that the header of the email can be selected and updated as in the screenshot.

If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to change the subject line of the submission email you receive after the form is submitted. Is that correct?
