How do I fix my email problem?

    When my registrants hit register, it stops and says please wait and does not send to the email address I have provided. Please help me to fix this problem. I chose the embed code for wordpress to paste to my website sourcecode. To better understand what I am speaking of please visit the page i am referring to http://www.cityofrefugenola.com/upcoming-events/retreat/retreatregistration/ thank you. I would appreciate it if you all test it for me.

    I checked the site you provided: http://www.cityofrefugenola.com/upcoming-events/retreat/retreatregistration/ and I was able to replicate the issue you are reporting. When I clicked the Register button, I was not redirected to the thank you page.

    Can you try to re-embed your form using your form's iFrame embed code and see if it will fix the issue? To get the iFrame embed code of your form, just follow the instructions provided in this article: Getting the form iFrame code.
