    Unable to delete autoresponders and notification emails?

    I am unable to delete autoresponders and notification emails.

     

    I have the option to delete when I edit the form and select 'Emails' however nothing happens - no confirmation, no deletion.

     

    Could you please help?

    Hi,

    I am not able to find a form in the page URL you have given. However, are you referring to this form - http://www.jotformeu.com/form/61454236867362? I cloned it and I can delete the email notifications and autoresponders. Please see below.

    Hi,
    It is that one and I've just tried again and definitely still can't delete. Nothing happens at all when I click the trash can.

    Just tried it with Safari and it worked using that browser. The problem was with FireFox. You can't delete the notifications when using Firefox on a Mac.
