All of the forms that I have created are disabled

    All of my forms that I have created have been disabled. I was working on them today so I know that they worked and then suddenly when I log into my jot form account all of them have been disabled and I cannot access any of them.

    Your account was suspended automatically by our phishing detector tool. You have a form that are asking for credit card information and login credentials. This is not allowed in JotForm, please check our terms of use.

    In order to re-activate the account, we need to delete the guilty fields or forms. Let us know if that is okay with you. Thank you.
