Submission Storage Issue ?

    Hi,

    i have emptied almost all my storage on all forms, however I am still getting no response and I am alerted to upgrade as my submission storage is over ?

     

    please help me on this issue asap,

    Hello himansshuhsingh,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I refreshed your account's submission counter which seems to have resolved your issue. Your account is currently in good shape and within the allowed storage limit. You should not get warning messages any more.

    Hi,

    I feel like I have the same issue, can anyone look at my account?
    Also I see that you have accounts for Non Profit but I can't seem to find the page (404 error), can you help me?
