Is anyone else having customers not able to make payments via a Jotform with PayPal express?
Have had several customers contact us that when they click to finalise payment the screen freezes or they see a blank screen (and the payment doesn't go through).

I tested the Paypal Express integration using our sandbox account, and it seems to be working as expected.
Here's the pop-up window when doing the payment:
After clicking the "Pay Now" button, the window closed and the "Thank You" message was displayed.
Could you please check if your Paypal account is set to "Business" as mentioned in the guide here: https://www.jotform.com/help/285-Configuring-PayPal-Express-Integration. Please do make sure that you are using the correct and up to date API credentials.
May we also know if the form is embedded on a website? If it is, could you please share us the website page to where it is located? If it is embedded, you might need to use the iFrame embed code to make sure that there's no script or code conflict happening between your website and the form's resources.
