After making any changes to any of my forms I continually get an "oops" error screen, telling me there is an error and the form can not be viewed. It is not any particular form...it is across the board. How can we fix this ?

I have just reviewed your form and noticed that you have enabled the custom URL.
Please enter the PUBLISH wizard and correct the custom URL. If you wish to use the default URL just press the RESET icon.
