Form's submission page does not show any submissions.

Dear Jotform

I originally set up an account as a guest as I did not realise there was a limit to the number of form submissions. As my submissions reached nine (9) I received an email to inform me that space was limited. 

As such, I have now registered and can see that I have 9 submission but in the inbox the details of the forms are no longer visible.  I then completed a 'test' form which has been added to the submissions.  The details of this form are visible but the previous 9 are still not.

This is a registration form for a CPD event on the 16th June and we need the details of the delegates.  

I would be grateful for help with this matter.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

Since your submission data is stored in EU data center, I would suggest you to please sign in to your JotForm account using https://www.jotformeu.com domain and you should be able to see your form's submission data.

Thank you for your response.  I have tried this and the original data is still not visible. 

I see there has been a further test submission for which I can see the date but the original material is still not present. 

Your colleague, chriistian has responded to a second query I had posted and I am awaiting a further response.
