    Hello support,

I'm still having issues with thank you form not redirecting to another page ... is this a "Mac" issue?

This is the site and form in question http://bizrocks.wix.com/jkcap2

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Thanks,

    Joe Kronk

I was able to replicate the problem.

It seems like it is specific on how you have embedded your form.

Could you try following the steps on this guide: http://bizrocks.wix.com/jkcap2#!vid1/zdgqw. We'll wait for your response.

Hi Charlie,  thanks for your response.

It's still not working on my side??  I tried both embedding URL, then tried embedding iFrame code ... the entire box just disappears both ways and does not redirect anywhere?

    At a loss??

Your website is actually preventing you to jump to the target URL.

You can check in your browser console the error message:

Not redirecting to another URL Image 1 Screenshot 30

May we know what exactly you are using to embed the form? Are you using the HTML code app as shown in this screenshot:

Not redirecting to another URL Image 2 Screenshot 41

Or are you using a different one? So far, we are unable to replicate the problem with both in the direct form link and on my test Wix website.

It is possible that it is related on the app you are using or a plugin/extension you have in your website.

Could you try testing it on a different Wix website you have. A more simple a basic one, see if the form works there. If it does, then the problem might be specific on how the other website is setup.

You might also need to contact Wix support for this to better assist you.

I attempted to use both ... HTML Code 1st time ... then "Embed a Site" ... both produced the same results?

    Thanks for your help anyway

I'm sorry to hear that it is still not working.

Here's my test Wix website: http://charmiequino.wix.com/jotformtestsite. The form is displayed two times in my home page, one is using the direct link and the other is using the iFrame embed code. Both are working and I am redirected to your website without any problems. You can make a test submission on my website to see how it looks like.

I see there's a similar case about it in this support page of Wix: https://www.wix.com/support/html5/ugc/d932d710-1595-4039-8bfc-114b8ac3dfe3/a5dad106-a731-4157-932f-9118df6f482b. Although not sure how it was exactly fixed.

For now, you might need to contact Wix support. But please let us know if you need further help on this.
