    Can these forms be used without being attached to websites or blogs?

    Asked by Michelle  on June 01, 2016 at 12:32 PM

    I was looking for additional ways for clients to have a link directly to paypal or CC to pay for session fees for my photography business but my website does not allow for third party forms. Can these forms be sent via email?

    Yes you can sent direct link of your form to your user via email. You can get link of your form by inside of Form Builder by clicking on Publish Option. Than simply copy the link of the form.

    Also you can email link to your users directly from our interface. Please check this guide:

    I saw that created your form on guest account. I would suggest you sign up for a standard/free account.

    Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    I do have another question... Is there any way you could send a sample to
    my email of how it would look when a client would receive a jotform to
    make a payment?

    Direct form embedding into email is not recommended, since most of the mail clients are quite limited in terms of scripts and styles support. It means that you will need to share a form link in your email. It also can be an image link.

    Form link usually looks like this:

    https://form.jotform.com/{formID}
    or
    https://form.jotform.com/yourAccountName/{customFormName}

    User will need to click on the link to open your web form in a browser.

    So if I wanted it directed to paypal, I could create an image link or a
    link to paypal and it can direct them to make a payment? They still have
    to log into Paypal so it should be okay?

    I have inspected your form and I saw that you added PayPal Pro payment field to your form. Paypal Pro allows the user to enter his account information directly on your form.

    When using PayPal payment field, submitting your form will take your users to the secure Paypal website for the user to login or pay by credit card.

    This articles can help you to set PayPal inside of your form:
