Users are unable to submit form due to having no Submit Button

I am a new customer to Jotform.  The church I work for recommended I use you guys when developing a VBS sign up for my own church.  I used the template that you provided.  However, when parents try to sign up it doesn't have a submit button so it seems like the forms don't go anywhere.  What should I do?

To my understanding you have a signup form which users were able to fill out but not submit due to not having a submit button.

Most likely you probably didn't add a submit button to the form.

To correct this problem all you need to do is add a submit button to your form from the field tools to the left side of your formbuilder when editing it.

I tried to check the above form you linked but it appears that you've deleted it.
