Is it possible to customize the submission preview for the IOS app

Is it possibile to change the preview set up and the view of the submissions in the app?

I would like to choose which fields to show in the little preview and ithe order to show them.

It is not currently possible to customize the preview in the submissions view app.  The app displays the first few fields in the form and then displays the fields in the same order as they appear in your form.  Only changing the order of the fields in the form will change this.

Thank you David. The strange thing is that... not for all the forms are displayed the first fields. And sometimes the fields order is different from the form. It's random.

Very odd, I do not have an iPhone to test with but I will forward this thread to someone who has quite a bit more knowledge regarding the app.  They should be able to clarify how and what is displayed.

On behalf of our Mobile Team we understand and also apologize about any concerns regarding this problem you are having as it seems you have two issues with one about the way your form submissions are displayed and the other about customizing the formatting.

In the past including up until now we've made changes previously to try to resolve data showing up in the wrong order to correct this problem as much as possible and prevent it.

However, this problem is rather limiting on the mobile end because this is the way our server api currently functions to push and sync your data with your mobile device so it cannot be changed.

Also, what David told you about this above is correct that it's not possible to customize the formatting of your submission data in the mobile app since it is returned in new forms as you receive them in the order that you've made the form.

But if it falls out of order or if it is an older forms it might display it incorrectly due to this factor.

To resolve this problem it is better to rebuild the form from top to bottom in the order you wish to get that data and then just leave it like that.

As an example if you look at this newly created form which has just synced properly:

And in the Submissions View it shows similar though not all on the same line.

Unless that is something you are referring to as well perhaps?
