Changes made to Forms did not save

The site seems buggy. I save a form and a previous version of the form shows up as the saved version. I change the name of the form, navigate away from the My Forms page, and when I come back, the name has reverted to the prior name (Template Clone). 

Is there something I should be doing so that the forms save correctly? 

Try to log out, clear your form cache and browser cache, then log in to the account and save the changes again.

You can also check your form revision history for the saved version.
