Can I change my username?

    I'd like to change my username from melissawayne to ricespharmacy. Can you do that for me?

    I don't like my name showing up in the link of the form. 

    Also, can I change the logo that is associated with the form?

    I have changed your username now as you requested, it is not ricespharmacy, but do note that if you have custom URLs for your forms, you will need to generate them again since they use the username to work, here is a guide that will help you to make the custom links again: How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form
