I used jotform for a client's website some time ago but I can no longer login. I have tried the standard forgot password method but did not receive anything for a password renewal.
From the website, I know that my jotform ID is40475830465255
This was taken from the source code.
Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I checked the form and I can see that the owner of that form is user sohobusinessolutions. The email address connected to that account was added to the bounce list, which is why you are not receiving the password reset instructions. I have now removed the email address from the bounce list so you can now try another password reset and the instructions should be sent to your inbox successfully.
