hi. I have a form https://form.jotform.com/61158261579260 embedded on my website https://ecoledete.bahaiqc.org/inscription/. The form's thank you page is supposed to redirect to https://form.jotform.com/61238685338262.

however, when a user click on the submit button, nothing happens. am I suppose to also embedded (and/or hide) the thank you form?

I presume what you meant is that the form is stuck on "Please wait..." message after clicking the submit button? I was able to replicate that problem when I made a test submission on your form. Here's a screenshot of it:

I see your website is built using Wordpress. May I know how you embedded the form? Did you use the [embed][/embed] code? Or you used one of our plugins which is JotForm oEmbed plugin?

There is currently a problem with using those methods. I strongly advise to use the iFrame embed code for now and see if that works for you. Here's how to get your iFrame embed code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code. Make sure to remove the old embed code before adding the new one.

I have forwarded this to our developers to have it checked and fixed. For the meantime, please do try the iFrame embed code that I suggested.

    Hey nawruz,

Our developers issued a fix for this bug.

Forms that are embedded through Wordpress oEmbed Plugin should be submitting without any problems now.

If you are still experiencing problems on submit, please embed your form again using the plugin.

If you have any other questions about this process, we will be waiting to hear from you,

    Cheers.
