I am getting form not found error

Always show me the words form not found I don't know what the cause of the problem

 

I see that you're asking password on your form which is in the trash folder.

Because of that reason, your account was auto-suspended by our system. Please note that you also need to delete your forms from your trash folders otherwise, your account will autosuspended by our system again.

If you are trying to create a sign-up or login form, this is unfortunately not possible with JotForm. Since the forms cannot query outside sources, the forms would simply collect usernames and passwords, which is against our terms of use.  You can setup a form to collect details such as name, address, email address and other non-sensitive information.
