Encountered Error "Oops! Invalid refresh token"

    I am no longer receiving notifications that forms have been filled out and when testing I encountered an error message when submitting a form.

    I checked your site (http://www.londonvets.co.uk/recruitment/nurses.shtmland I was able to replicate the issue you are reporting. I have encountered the error "Oops! Invalid refresh token" when submitting the form.

    I have also replicated the issue using the direct link of the form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/60463152106344.

    Can you please try to re-integrate your form's integration to Infusionsoft (remove the integration and integrate again) and see if it will fix the issue? You might also need to generate a new API key for your integration: http://ug.infusionsoft.com/article/AA-00442/0/How-do-I-enable-the-Infusionsoft-API-and-generate-an-API-Key.html

    I have reintegrated but it still doesnt work. The link above does not work.

    The form is now working. Can you check again? I have just cleared your forms cache (https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache).
