Thank you page is redirecting to another within JotForm, but not on embedded page

I have followed the instructions so that when the submit button is clicked it takes you to a new site/page and it works within Jotform, but it doesn’t work in the page that the form is embedded in and I wasn’t sure if I’ve missed something or if it is the Wordpress site that I need to install something further.
Any suggestions.

I see that the Thank you page is set to redirect to http://online.pembrokeshire.ac.uk/on your form. I have tried submitting your JotForm using both direct link and on your webpage. But I was not able to submit the form. As I investigate the issue further, I notice that the issue is with the Terms & Conditions widget on the form. Please try removing the widget from the form and then add it again. It should be working fine.
