The form I was working on was reset to its previous version?

I would very much like to know how it is possible that the form I worked on all day was reset to its previous state, that is: the version of the day before! It is really incredible how this is even possible, because I saved the form all the time as did the Form Builder with autosave.

I can really start over again! Hours and hours of work is thrown away!

Is it that the servers of JotForm restarted, or what?

I am really very very angry about this.

I would like to get an answer to this immediately!

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. As I check the server status, I don't see any issues with it and it is having 100% uptime for the last 7 days. Please be noted that every save is recorded in the Form revision history and it is possible to revert the form to the last working version from the Form revision history.

Please refer to the guide below that can help you in reverting your JotForm to an earlier version.

Please check and try reverting the form to the earlier working version. Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.

In my Revision History of the form I can see that: at 2:16 PM (local time? server time?) the latest state of my form was backed up (1 update) and the next backup was at 3:17 PM (consistent with my activities: I was lunching) with 22 updates (!) all of them I did not make. The form was back in its old state of (about) 11:28 PM. From 3:17 PM I tried to reconstruct the things I did to get to the version it was and now again is.

I really did not make 22 updates in one time, nor did I went to an earlier version of my form. Is it possible it had to do with a software update of the program on your servers? I am working on the eu.jotform.com version of your program. Or is there some king of shortcut key I pressed by accident?

However, I reconstructed my form and am happy again, but hope this will not happen once more!

The time displayed in the form revision is your local time. Sometimes, the form revision can have multiple updates when the form is saved after multiple changes. Did you share the form with any other user or leave your computer unattended without locking or logging out from JotForm account.

Glad to see that you found the Form revision history feature helpful and able to revert the form to earlier working version. If you need any further assistance, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
