As promised, I have now forwarded this thread to our developers as a feature request. If there are updates, you should know it through this thread.

DPCreate, I think you would need to add this statement into your SPF "include:jotform.com" to your current SPF Record, if you don't know how to integrate it into your current SPF Record, you can use this SPF Wizard to help you out. Give it a shot and let me know if it works for you.

@TopCoder: Thank you for the suggestion. I'll keep a note of this and try it. I think this will work and would help the others, especially those who are using a custom email domain.

@Welvin, I answered an question on a different post. JotForms SPF does have a lot of lookups in it, and their is a 10 lookup limiitation. Here's a simplier version of Jot Forms SPF without all the lookups.
"v=spf1 include:mailgun.org include:amazonses.com include:_spf.google.com ip4:126.96.36.199/20 ip4:188.8.131.52/24 ip4:184.108.40.206/20 ip4:220.127.116.11/18 ip4:18.104.22.168/16 ip4:22.214.171.124/18 ~all"
