Submission editing without a having to add the employees "Sub User" account access...

    Hello,

I need my employees to access a submitted form that they may have completed; for example: 4 days ago. The "Submissions > Edit" option is exactly what I need the employees to be able to use when they need to add items or remove items they may have used for work. However, I don't want them to have too much authority over the submitted forms, as they might accidentally delete or remove a previously submitted form.

    Thank you,

    Robert

Unfortunately this is not possible. When you give permission to view or edit submission, the user has the ability to view all the submission of the particular form. All the feature in the submission page will be enabled.

If you require them to only edit the forms that they have submitted or completed, you can add the EDIT LINK in the notification. This will enable them to edit only that particular form.
