Is there a way to create a two step form where one person starts and another finishes?

I am looking to create a form that is filled out by one person and finished by another person. Is there a way to do this?

The following thread has a great guide on how to create an approval workflow:

This setup should be exactly what you are looking for.

This isn't exactly what I am looking for.

I want one person to enter all their basic information, then click on submit. Once they click on submit it goes to another person to fill out the last page of the form. Once that second person clicks on submit it is sent to Box and emails are sent to the user and other email addressed entered into the form.

This is essentially what the above set up does.  Except the form is fully submitted by each person.

Person 1 submits the form, it sends an email with an edit link to person 2.  Person 2 fills out the rest of the form via the edit link and submits the form.  When they submit the form, the data they entered will be added to the same submission as person 1.  You can have conditional emails for each step.
