annual plan suspended due to a chage in Creditcard info at Paypal service.
I would like to maintain my PayPal account to automatically renew my Jotform's subscription.

The subscription cancellation notification you received was for your previous Premium subscription that was not fully cancelled. Your Bronze yearly subscription that was created in January is still active and should continue to bill you at the same rate each January.

Why I've received the cancellation notification only in May?

The Premium subscription that was attempting to charge was created in late April of 2015. The attempts to bill for the subscription were sent at that time this year. The final attempt as well as cancellation were sent in May.
