I am trying to find a product that can do the following:
-create a form (to be filled out)
-embed it or have a link to it on a website
-require an electronic signature
-when submitted, it is emailed as a pdf to a specific email
-and not stored on your website
please let me know the options

Creating forms is pretty easy, you just need to drop and drag any fields you require into the form. Please review our guide:
You can also create notification to be send out once the form is submitted.
When setting up the notification, you can include a PDF attachment. This PDF will be a report of the form submitted.
